Due to the current situation, we have not been able to hold our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM). We will therefore host a virtual AGM on Wednesday August 26th at 3:00-4:15pm CET, such that important issues can be discussed and voted on and to allow as many members as possible to attend.
The meeting URL will be shared closer to the date of the date of the AGM.
Due to the unprecedented circumstances, 2019 memberships have been extended to 2020, and those registered for 2020 memberships will be extended to 2021.
This means that if you attended our 2019 conference in Kraków or if you paid the 2020 membership fee in anticipation of our cancelled 2020 event in Oxford, you will have the right to attend this meeting and vote.
We will be voting on one national chapter bid, one conference bid, two special interest group bids, and three Executive Steering Committee posts. Voting will happen via an online polling system. It will open a week before the meeting and close during the AGM 4pm after all bids have been presented.
